Total Developments is a Joint Venture between Stretton Property Group and Pioneer Design & Build. We have a functional and lean approach to procurement. Quite simply we are able to successfully deliver developments at a margin that many developers would be unable to achieve.

Stretton Property is owned and 100% funded by the Chantler Family - major shareholders of a national food ingredients manufacturing company called Meadow Foods. Meadow Foods is the UK's largest independently owned dairy group and leading supplier of milk based dairy ingredients to the food industry with an annual turnover of more than £450m.

Following recent investment from Paine & Partners, a U.S based private equity firm, substantial equity has been released to the Chantler Family for direct investment into real estate.

Stretton Property are an established property company with a strong track record, set up in 1995 and developing more than 6 million sqft of commercial, office and mixed use property since inception. During 2015/16, the Stretton Property Group disposed of more than £100m worth of income producing assets taking advantage of favourable investment market conditions.

This was roughly split as 55% multi-let industrial portfolio and 45% Student accommodation investments. Alongside equity released from Meadow Foods and cash recycled from disposals over the past 3 years Stretton have significant capital to deploy for ongoing development strategy.

Stretton still retains more than 1,500 strategic residential plots, various income producing assets within the retail and industrial sectors and is currently developing its industrial land bank.
